We utilize trusted third-party companies to process credit and debit card payments, as well as external distributors and delivery partners to fulfill and deliver orders. These partners are provided only with the information necessary to process payments and complete deliveries.

Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with any organization outside of Legacy Auto Hub and our authorized financial and order fulfillment partners.

From time to time, Legacy Auto Hub may send updates, promotional announcements, or important account information to our customers via email. Customers may update or correct their personal information by contacting us directly.

Shipping Policy & Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with Legacy Auto Hub, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. This confirms that your order has been received and that your payment method has been pre-authorized.

We then verify the availability of the part with our suppliers to ensure it is in stock and ready for shipment. Our standard delivery time is 18 to 22 business days. However, Legacy Auto Hub is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or originating yard.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if the part is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage or loss, note it when signing for the delivery.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Email the photos to us immediately.
  • We will assess the issue and process either a replacement or a refund, as per our Refund Policy.

Return Policy

If you receive an incorrect or damaged part, notify us immediately. Do not return any part without first receiving a return label from us. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the part must be shipped within 7 business days after receiving the return label.

Return instructions, including the correct return address, will be provided with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If parts are sent directly to Legacy Auto Hub instead of the address on the RMA, they will be forwarded accordingly.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
  • If the item is confirmed defective, we will attempt to replace it.
  • If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
  • Items must be returned within the warranty period to qualify for a refund.

Non-Defective Returns

If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, part no longer needed), a 30% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.

To avoid errors, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified mechanic to confirm the exact part needed before placing your order.

Items returned after the warranty period will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date to be accepted.
